At Derma Beauty Store, we want you to love your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused products in their original boxes and include your order slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our dermatological team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
